Payment policies:
SportsPleX requires a valid credit card on all registration forms; team and individual registrations. The card will only be charged when an account is delinquent in payment. Each session will have a clearly identified “Full Payment Due Date.” If full payment has not been received by the identified date, the credit card will be charged for the payment due as well as a late fee of $35. Team registration fees may be paid by credit card but will be charged a $30 convenience fee. The Team registration deposit of $200 may be charged to the credit card with a convenience fee of $10. If the team deposit is not received prior to the session registration deadline, the credit card will be charged the $200 + $10 convenience fee to validate the registration so the team may be scheduled. Individual registration fees paid by credit card will not incur a convenience fee. SportsPleX has an ATM for the convenience of our guests.
SportsPleX – Referee Payment System
In addition to your team fees all of the teams are now responsible for paying the referees before each game can begin. The policy change has been instituted to reduce the team registration fee, helping make the up-front cost more affordable. This does not apply to SportsPleX Recreational Leagues (Individual Registration); i.e. Grasshoppers, Kickers, Wings, Passers, Strikers, HS Rec, and Coed Rec.
This same system is currently in place for most outdoor leagues; MVYSA, Dayton Amateur etc. Prior to each game your team’s coach, captain or representative will make direct payment to the game’s assigned referee. The referee will not start a game until payment is received from both teams.
To ensure the referee’s payment, in the case o f a forfeit or no show, the credit card on file required with every team registration will be charged the referee fee for both teams. Each team is required to pay the referee $8 cash per game. In the case of a forfeit or no show, the forfeiting team will be charged $16. Cash payments only are accepted and no prepayments are permitted. An ATM is available on-site if needed.

SportsPleX is pleased to expand last year’s discount offer on Team Fees! We know it’s a tough economy right now, and we’re going to do our part to help. Teams registered for both the Fall and Winter Sessions and paid in full by October 10, 2011 will receive a savings of $100 on their Team Fee per session, paying only $725 for Fall and $725 for the Winter Session – a Savings of $200! Simply register your team for both sessions and make full payment by October 10, 2011.

Teams registered and paid in full by the dates listed below will receive a savings of $50 on their Team Fee, paying only $775 per Fall or Winter Session! Simply register your team and make full payment by the deadline date for each session and your team will save $50.

• Winter Session – Team registration and full payment received by December 12, 2011.
• Team Registration Fees – may be paid by credit card but will be charged a $30 convenience fee.

Adult games could start as late as 11:20 p.m.
Friday night games could start as late as Midnight.
Please Note:
This does not guarantee that all of your games will be played on the assigned day! Start times for games could be as early as 7:00 a.m. on weekends and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
SportsPleX cannot be expected to arrange games around any type of school and/or holiday breaks and activities, nor can we guarantee game days or times. Any request to reschedule a game is subject to approval of SportsPleX and the opposing team. A Reschedule Request Form must be completed with a $25 fee paid before any game is rescheduled. In addition, SportsPleX reserves the right not to reschedule games which are cancelled due to weather.
